These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the website agapee.com, operated by REGNEL, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €2,000, registered under number 818 937 609 at the Paris Trade and Companies Register, with headquarters located at 10 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France.

Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on agapee.com at the time of your order. We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, photos, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date. However, minor variations may occur.
Prices
Prices include applicable VAT. REGNEL reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of confirmation.
Orders
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your purchase. REGNEL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the event of payment issues or stock unavailability.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: Amex, Apple Pay, Credit Card, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, ShopPay.
Transactions are secured by Shopify’s payment gateway and are processed via encrypted SSL protocol.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated during checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the website and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
REGNEL cannot be held liable for delays due to causes beyond our control (e.g., customs, strikes, extreme weather).
Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw without having to justify your decision.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (email or form). Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Liability
REGNEL shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products sold or any external cause (accident, force majeure, etc.).
Intellectual Property
All content on agapee.com (texts, images, graphics, logo, design) is the property of REGNEL or its partners. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
Data Protection
Customer data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may refer the matter to the competent court of your place of residence or to an alternative dispute resolution platform (e.g., the European Commission’s ODR platform).
