Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the delivery date (based on tracking information).
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
To initiate a return, please submit your request through our returns portal using your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, or
- As a store credit, depending on the option selected during your return request
Refunds are processed shortly after reception and validation of your return. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for all items, provided they are returned in perfect condition.
If you wish to exchange an item, simply request it through our returns platform and select the exchange option.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Processing times may vary depending on your location
Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided once your return request has been submitted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
In some cases, a prepaid return label may be offered depending on your location.
